Display and notification languages
Screen language and notification language are separate settings. Changing one does not change the other.
Changing the screen language
Use the language selector at the top right of the header. The page switches immediately and the choice is remembered for future visits.
You can change it without signing in.
Changing the notification language
The language of your emails and other notifications is set separately from the screen. Choose it under "Notification language" in the menu.
Some people prefer to work in English but receive notices in their first language. This is particularly useful if you live outside Japan but handle Japanese-language paperwork.
Available languages
Translation coverage varies by language. Japanese and English are reviewed by our team. Other languages include machine translation, and pages say so at the top.
Anything not yet translated is shown in English. That is expected, not a display fault.
Amounts and dates
Changing language does not change your wallet currency. Switching currency is a separate action. If an amount looks different, check whether you have a different wallet selected.
Reporting a translation error
Open a support ticket with the name of the screen and the exact wording that is wrong. We will correct it in the next update.
