About EKYC Updates
Since last week, the EKYC system has been changed from Onfido to SumSub.
The EKYC, which had been operating as a one-stop process, is transitioning to a system that processes transactions as close to real-time as possible.
Currently, our company operates on a one-stop basis, but we are changing the user flow across all routes and devices to a system that allows real-time usage without waiting time.
There are several key points: from a risk monitoring perspective on the system side, our partners may flag Inactive status, and we are optimizing the system flow accordingly. We have begun onboarding for global users and domestic corporate users. Stay tuned.

先週からEKYCのシステムをOnfidoからSumSub社に変更されています。
これまでワンストップ運用だったEKYCができるだけリアルタイムに処理されるような仕組みに
変わりつつあります。現在弊社ではワンストップ運用となっておりますが、全経路・全デバイスにおいて利用者の導線はリアルタイムで待ち時間なく利用できる仕組みに変更しています。
