슈퍼에 가면, 이 계절에는 냉국수와 소면의 2가지가 나란히 놓여있는 경우가 있네요. 저는 어쨌든 소면을 자주 먹고 있었는데, 요전날 실수로 냉국수를 사버린 것 같습니다.
먹어보니, 알 덴테 같은 식감이었어요. (웃음) 늘 소면처럼 쭉쭉 먹는 식감과는 달리, 아삭아삭한 씹는 맛이 있네요. 새로운 발견입니다.
