Today's Meeting: Reflections on AI and Human Connection
I attended a corporate client meeting today and noticed something worth reflecting on. There's a growing trend of meetings that end without clear decisions or outcomes. While AI has undoubtedly made things more convenient and provides reasonably accurate guidance, I've observed that meeting participants tend to be less engaged when we lean too heavily on AI support. However, I've also come to appreciate the irreplaceable value of human qualities in these moments—things like intuition, empathy, and genuine dialogue. I'm learning to enjoy a lifestyle that balances AI assistance with meaningful human connection. It's a balance I find both practical and deeply rewarding.
